Both the Premium and Express versions offer the full core functionality of the Matterport 3D Interactive Floorplan. The Express version was introduced as an affordable alternative and uses a Ricoh Theta V 360° camera. The Premium version uses the Ricoh Z1 360° camera, which produces a higher image quality than the Express version.
