Rocket Lister Field App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Rocket Lister Field App (the "App"), a mobile application used by authorized field technicians contracted by Rocket Lister to receive, manage, and complete photography and media service jobs. The App is intended solely for authorized members of the Rocket Lister workforce. Accounts are created and provisioned by Rocket Lister; the App does not offer public registration.

Our customer-facing website and services are covered by a separate policy, available at rocketlister.com/privacy-policy.

When you use the App, we collect the following types of information:

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and login credentials associated with the account Rocket Lister has issued to you.
• Location data: your device's precise (GPS) location while you are signed in and working, including in the background. See "Location data and background collection" below for details.
• Photos, video, and audio: media you capture with the device camera and microphone, or upload from your photo library, to document and deliver property services (e.g., listing photos, video walkthroughs and their audio).
• Job and activity data: job assignments, statuses, timestamps, routes traveled, notes, and other records generated as you complete work in the App.
• Device and technical information: device type, operating system, app version, and network connectivity status, used to operate the App and support offline functionality. Job data may be stored locally on your device so the App works without an internet connection.

The Field App collects precise location data to enable job dispatch, route tracking, and visibility of field technicians to Rocket Lister dispatchers and administrators, even when the App is closed or not in use.

• Location is collected while you are signed in and on shift or assigned to active jobs.
• Your current and recent locations are visible to Rocket Lister administrators and dispatch staff for scheduling, routing, job verification, and safety purposes.
• You can stop location collection at any time by signing out of the App or disabling the location permission in your device settings; however, the App requires location access to assign and track jobs, so core functionality will be limited without it.

We use the information collected through the App to:

• Assign, dispatch, schedule, and track service jobs.
• Verify job completion and maintain records of work performed.
• Deliver captured photos, video, and related media to the customers who ordered the services.
• Communicate with you about jobs, schedules, and App updates.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App, including offline sync.
• Support workplace safety, payments, billing, and compliance obligations.

We do not use information collected through the App for advertising, and we do not send marketing communications through the App.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information collected through the App with:

• Rocket Lister staff: administrators, dispatchers, and managers who coordinate and oversee field work, including your location while on jobs.
• Customers: photos, video, and related media you capture are delivered to the customer who ordered the service. Customers do not receive your location data.
• Service providers: vendors that host our infrastructure and store data on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting and file storage providers), under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal or regulatory authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We retain information collected through the App for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including for the duration of your engagement with Rocket Lister and afterward as required for legal, payment, billing, or business record-keeping purposes. Photos and media delivered to customers are retained as part of the customer's order records. Location and job activity data are retained only as long as needed for operational and record-keeping purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and secure credential storage on the device. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the following rights and choices regarding your information:

• You may request access to the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or update it.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data by visiting rocketlister.com/delete-account or contacting us using the details below. Some records may be retained where required for legal, payment, or record-keeping obligations.
• You may control the App's access to location, camera, microphone, and photos through your device settings at any time. Revoking these permissions may limit or prevent use of the App for work.

The App is a workplace tool intended for adults authorized to work with Rocket Lister. It is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top and post the new version on this page. If we make material changes to how we collect or use location data, we will notify you through the App or by other means before the change takes effect.
