To ensure you have the best possible experience with Rocket Lister, please take note of the following:

- Please ensure property is photo ready by date photos are to be taken. Our photographers will not wait for cleaning nor preparation. If time is needed to prepare please let us know asap so we can put photos on hold until notified it is ready.
- Any cancellation after 5pm the day before is a $25 Same Day Cancellation. There is a $15 Return Trip Charge for having to return to properties for any reason that is not our fault including properties that aren’t ready or properties we could not access.
- Photos and MLS profile sheets will be returned the day after photos were taken. Photos taken on Saturday will be returned on Monday along with the MLS profile sheet.
- Post/signs/lockboxes are installed at the same time as photos.
- Marketing materials will be created and delivered within 1-2 business days of the property being active on the MLS.
- Once the property sells simply email us and let us know items are ready to be removed and we will return at no additional cost to remove your items.
