When do I get my photos back?
We return photos back to you by the end of the following day. Saturday photos will be returned on Monday. If you need your photos back asap please let us know ahead of time and we can typically return them same day.

Do I have to be present at the photo appointment?
You do not have to be present as long as we have access to the property via supra lockbox, combo lockbox or the homeowner.

How many photos of my listing do you take?
We typically take about 2 photos per 100 sq ft. So, an average 2000 sq ft home would have about 40 photos. This can vary from house to house, however.

Do you have post renewal fees?
No, we do not! Keep the post as long as it takes to sell the home. Just make sure to email us when we can go remove the post at no extra charge. We’ll even take your sign and lockbox and store in our inventory ready for your next listing if you want.

Do you store my signs and lockboxes for me?
We sure do! We have a 2500 Sq ft storage facility to store all of our clients signs and lockboxes. When we remove the post just ask us to remove your sign and/or lockbox as well and we will have it ready for your next order. There is no charge to have us store your inventory for you. If you would like us to store your current inventory you can either drop it off at our Tempe office or have us pick it up anywhere you’d like us to for free.

Do I need to provide the MLS input sheet?
No! We can build out the listing from scratch, however, if there are important details you would like us to include in the MLS listing you may send us that information and we will incorporate it into the listing.

When do you enter the listing into the MLS?
We enter the listing into your MLS account on the same day we send you your photos. Once completed we will email you letting you know we are done and attach the MLS input sheet to the email as well.

Do you active the listing or leave it in the My Incompletes section?
We never activate the listing for you. We will leave the listing in your My Incomplete section for you to review. Simply activate the listing when ready.

When do I receive my marketing materials?
We will send you your marketing materials within 2 business days of the listing going active on the MLS. We can usually send it same day if you let us know when you have activated the listing.

Can you upload the virtual tour to my MLS listing?
Yes! We can input the link to the virtual tour to your MLS listing upon request.

Can I customize my marketing materials?
Yes! We will customize the Flyer and Door Hanger however you’d like. For example, we can add your logo, change colors and even tweak the design! We will add your broker logo and headshot to all of your marketing materials.

How long is my Craigslist ad live for?
Your Craigslist ad is live until it expires 45 days after it was first posted.

Can you upload the 3D Matterport Link to my MLS listing?
Yes! We can input the link to the 3D Matterport Interactive Floorplan to your MLS listing upon request.

How long is my 3D Matterport Interactive Floorplan hosted for?
Your 3D Matterport Interactive Floorplan is hosted for free until the home sells. If you would like to keep it up longer please let us know and we may be able to accommodate you for a small fee to cover our hosting costs.

What files do I get for the Zillow & Trulia “3D” Tour?
The 3D Tour is shot on the Zillow app and attached to the listing through the app, so there is nothing to download and therefore no files to share. The 3D Tour will appear on the listing on Zillow & Trulia once the listing becomes active, so no action is needed on your part to display the 3D Tour on those website.

How long is the HD Walkthrough Video?
Our HD Walkthrough Videos are anywhere from 2 minutes long up to 4 minutes long, depending on the size of the home and amenities.

How long do you host the HD Walkthrough Video for?
We host the video on Vimeo and stays up until you want it to come down, if ever.

What files do I get for the HD Walkthrough Video?
You will receive a link to download the video file as well as a link to your video hosted on the Rocket Lister Vimeo.com account. You can use the Vimeo video link to share the video on social media and also to paste the link into the virtual tour section of the MLS listing.

How long is the aerial drone video?
Our aerial drone videos are approximately one minute to one and half minutes, depending on the size of the house and lot.

What files do I get for the aerial drone video?
You will receive a link to download the video file as well as a link to your video hosted on the Rocket Lister Vimeo.com account. You can use the Vimeo video link to share the video on social media and also to paste the link into the virtual tour section of the MLS listing.

Can you edit my Zillow & Trulia Walkthrough Video?
Unfortunately, because the video is shot on the Zillow app and uploaded directly to the listing address we are unable to edit it.

What files do I get for my Zillow & Trulia Walkthrough Video?
The Zillow & Trulia Walkthrough Video is shot on an app and attached to the listing. The video will appear on the listing on Zillow & Trulia once the listing becomes active, so no action is needed on your part to display the walkthrough video on those website. We can, however, send you the video file upon request. We can also upload it to our Vimeo account if requested and send you a shareable link.

How long does it take to get my virtual staging photos?
Once we send you the photos you should let us know right away which ones you would like staged. We will return the virtually staged photos by the end of the next day. We can sometimes do same day return if you notify us early enough in the day the photos you want virtually staged.

How many aerial drone photos do I get?
It depends on the house and lot, but typically anywhere from 10-15 photos or more.
