Every Door Direct Mail lets you advertise your listings for less. There are no mailing lists and no permit or addressing requirements. At the lowest postage rates, EDDM is the best way to mass market your listings!

Follow the link on the order form to choose your route(s). Pricing is based off the quanitity of homes in your chosen route(s).
Approve Proof
Choose a design template and specify any customizations you want. Once you are happy with the design you approve it.

How much does it cost?
The total cost depends on the route(s) chosen and how many houses are in the route(s). Each address in the EDDM route costs $0.18. We charge $0.35 to print each piece using full color on both sides. So, if for example you choose The Gardens neighborhood in Gilbert, which has 1028 homes, the cost would be $192.24 for the USPS delivery ($0.18/home) and $359.80 for the printing (1028 homes x $0.35/home).
Do you print my postcards?
Yes, we print the postcards full color on both sides.
What size are the postcards?
The postcards are 11″ x 4.25″ light cardstock.
Do i need to provide a list of addresses?
No! Along with a low mailing cost, not having to create a list of addresses is the main benefit of using EDDM saving you tons of time.
How long does mail delivery take?
We will print and deliver the postcards to the post office within 2 business days after you approve the proof.
What is the minimum printing quantity
We do not have a minimum printing quantity.
